I began training with Thomas in November 2011. I was in decent shape but wanted to lose a few pounds and was looking for a trainer who would both motivate me and teach me some new things. Having lifted weights faithfully for over a decade at four to five times a week, my workouts had become routine, and I was resistant to doing cardio because I found it boring. I had worked with personal trainers in the past, but was never truly challenged by them and usually stopped after only a couple months. In consulting with Thomas, I asked if he would push me, not just a little, but REALLY push me to do things I wouldn't make myself do on my own. He assured me that this would not be a problem and suggested that I consider boxing in order to make cardio more interesting and to learn something totally new. Eighteen months later and seventeen pounds lighter, I feel like I'm in the best shape of my life and my body looks better than I ever knew it could. I've gotten into becoming a "fighter," and I'm really motivated to keep learning. Thomas delivered on his promise to be tough on me...ok, maybe he over-delivered on that promise, but he's also friendly, playful, and makes almost dying downright fun. I highly recommend him to help you meet your fitness goals.

Thomas is a no-nonsense trainer with a good sense of humor. He pushes me to do my best but respects my limits. I really love that he shows me a wide variety of ways to work out the different muscle groups because it prevents me from getting bored and also ensures that I will get maximum results. When I ask him how a specific exercise works, he explains thoroughly, with enthusiasm, in terms I can understand. I really appreciate that he takes the time to write up the workouts from the session, complete with sketches and notes. He is always on time, very adaptable as far as what workouts we do for each session, and I really feel like he cares about all of his clients. I really enjoy working with Thomas, and I would recommend him to anyone, male or female.

started training with Thomas about a year ago to help stay in shape.  I had been working out by myself by doing general strength training and running.  It was working, but I found myself bored and unmotivated to go as much as I would have liked.  I was recommended to train with Thomas so I thought I'd give it a try.  After one session, I knew that training with him would be very beneficial and more fun than working out by myself.  From then on, every work out he put together was different, mixing in strength training, conditioning, aerobics and cross training.  It also helped to have Thomas there to push me and make sure I was getting the most out of myself.  I would definitely recommend training with Thomas.  He may look intimidating and could definitely kick your ass, but when it comes down to it he's just a goofy, french guy.
